Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini goes up for $420 on Amazon

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini was finally released in the U.S. without much fanfare. If you missed the opportunity of grabbing the S3 Mini at a steal a few days back, don’t feel too bummed out, as you can now purchase the white variant of the phone from a third-party seller on Amazon.

Granted, there’s no price cut to be found on the online retailer’s website. This means you’ll have to cough up $420 for the mini version of the Galaxy S3. But hey, at least the phone comes unlocked. The Galaxy S3 Mini should run on AT&T’s and T-Mobile’s networks.

If you do decide to get the Mini there, it’s worth mentioning that the listing states that it won’t come with a warranty. We’re not sure what’s up with that.

Under normal circumstances, we would recommend you to get the Nexus 4 instead. Not only is it more powerful, but the Nexus 4 is also a lot cheaper. The thing is no one knows for sure when Google will restock the Nexus phone on Play Store.

For folks who aren’t necessarily into big phones, the S3 Mini, with its 4-inch display, is a better fit. But do you think it’s worth more than $400?
