The Pixel 6 phone app has added Wait Times. This allows anyone who calls a toll-free number to see not only the current wait time for your call to be answered on the screen, but projected call waiting times later on in the week. When you decide to call, another feature called Direct My Call can come in handy. It will show you real-time transcriptions of both automated messages and any menu options the company has set up.
There are also some new features designed to fight the ever-growing amount of spam calls. If you receive a call from an unknown number you can now share info about that number when you call or answer that phone number, including what type of business it is. Finally.
Google is also expanding its Call Screen feature to new countries. . It is now going to be available in the U.K., France, Germany, Australia, Ireland, Italy, and Spain in addition to the US, Canada, and Japan.
