AT&T offers $100 credit per each line added by their customers

While all the major U.S. carriers are doing their best to change up some of their policies or offer unique promotions in the wake of T-Mobile’s uncarrier strategy, none seem to have been hit harder by T-Mobile’s recent moves than AT&T.

For AT&T’s part, they’ve done their best to counter the Uncarrier with their own moves such as introducing AT&T Next and offering T-Mobile customers up to $450 to switch over to AT&T. Now on the heels of T-Mobile’s most recent jab at AT&T, AT&T has also announced that they are offering an $100 bill credit for each new line opened by existing and new customers. The promotion applies to all of their smartphones, tablets, feature phones and wireless home phones.

This $100 credit is a way we can reward our existing customers who add an additional line of service for their loyalty, and it’s an incentive for customers of Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and other wireless carriers to come to AT&T and enjoy the nation’s most reliable 4G LTE network.

Keep in mind that the new lines don’t have to be tied to on-contract devices, but a $36 activation fee does apply. It’s also worth noting that this is not a permanent offer, and is only good through the end of March.
