Armageddon Android game finally out worldwide on Play Store

The Worms 2: Armageddon Android game is finally available in the Google Play Store worldwide, after it could only be bought in Canada for a brief period of time.

The news will most certainly make those that used to sit in front of their computers for hours, blasting friends’ teams of worms with the wackiest weapons you could ever imagine, very happy. Well, that fun is now mobile, on your Android tablet or smartphone, at a price (depending on where you are in the world) of $4.99, €3.99 or £2.99.

If you were a fan of Worms before, worry not, the basics haven’t changed a bit. There are 30 single player missions in which you can kick your opponents of the face of the Earth, with five new themes, including Cheese, Construction and Sports. Just like on PC, in the Worms 2: Armageddon Android you can personalize your Worms, which is always a very important thing.

Since it wouldn’t be a Worms game without multiplayer, you should know that you can play the game with your friends over a Wi-Fi connection or on the same device.

Apart from the Google Play Store (where, for even more fun, you can also find the new Repulze hovercraft racer), Worms 2: Armageddon is also coming to the Kindle Fire HD, as developer Team 17 has announced.

Will you get the Worms 2: Armageddon Android game?
