Amazon launches early Black Friday deals exclusive to Alexa users
Amazon has provided a number of ways to help consumers spend cash this holiday season. From early Black Friday sales, to buyers guides, to deals available exclusively through its digital assistant Alexa; the latter of which, you can take advantage of this weekend.
Until November 21, Amazon is holding a sale for its Prime members which can only be purchased via Alexa. Just ask “Alexa, what are your deals?” to one of Amazon’s speakers like the Echo, Echo Dot and Amazon Tap – or to a Fire TV or Fire HD Tablet – to receive a list of potential items for purchase (you can also view all of the deals online here).

When you’ve found what you want, just say “Alexa, order [product name]” to place your order. The items on offer are set to change throughout the coming days, but as of the time of writing you can cash-in on deals like:

- $30 off a Sphero Star Wars BB-8 App controlled robot: say, “Alexa, order a Star Wars robot”
- $50 off an Amazon Tap: say, “Alexa, order an Amazon Tap”
- $80 off Beyerdynamic Limited Edition Headphones: say, “Alexa, order studio headphones”
- $6 off a Garth Brooks Ultimate Hits CD: say, “Alexa, order a Garth Brooks CD” (no, really.)
