Nokia has announced its latest strategy pertaining to its trademark Nokia Maps service by re-branding it as “Here” and launching beyond the Windows Phone platform. Here will come to iPhone/iOS as a dedicated maps app, whereas Android will get an open source developers kit, so that developers can use Here data on native maps applications. Here will also feature a web-version supporting Firefox OS in the coming year.

Disney Plus The wait is over! Obi-Wan Kenobi has premiered on Disney Plus, marking the return of a fan-favorite Star Wars character, starring Ewan McGregor. The series launched with a two-episode premiere last night, May 26, jumping the gun on the announced air time by a few hours. The remaining four episodes will roll out weekly on Wednesdays going forward. Expect it to be available on PCs, phones, and tablets. Telegram hasn’t been shy about courting fleeing WhatsApp users, and now it’s aiming at a new target: people who want an alternative to Zoom.  As TechCrunch reports, Telegram founder Pavel Durov has revealed that his messaging app will add a group video call feature sometime in May.
