Google Pay is the official payment solution on Android, if ever there were one. It’s been slowly making its way around the world, and you can now add two more countries to the list. The payment service has landed in France, according to FrAndroid (h/t: 9to5Google), allowing you to make payments in apps, on websites, and (of course) in stores.

Google’s Hangouts iOS app has been updated to offer VoIP voice calls via Google Voice, a feature that’s not available on the Android Hangouts app yet. The iOS Hangouts update brings voice call support to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users. On top of that, calls made to the U.S. and Canada are free of charge, with users being able to make and receive calls by using their Google Voice number.

TL;DR Ikea has just introduced the AR-enabled Ikea Place app for Android. The app uses Google’s ARCore framework and lets you place virtual furnishings in your living space or any other space. Ikea Place first launched in September 2017 on iOS. As much furniture as Ikea has designed and manufactured over the years, the Swedish company is no stranger to integrating technology into its business. Motorola introduced a slew of new Moto mods for its Moto Z devices at the beginning of June. These included the JBL SoundBoost 2 speaker, Moto TurboPower Pack battery mod, and some shell cases that enable wireless charging. Possibly the most interesting of the new mods was the Moto Gamepad, however, which clips onto phones to provide dedicated gaming controls. The Moto Gamepad was also the last of the devices awaiting availability details, but now we’ve got our hands on them.

Good news for all you OnePlus 3/3T owners out there. The company has released the OxygenOS 4.5.0 update for the two devices that has a bunch of new features on board. These include things like the Lift up display, which basically shows you notifications when you pick up the device, and a Gaming do not disturb mode. The update also brings the network speed to the status bar, adds the OnePlus Slate font, and gives you the chance to schedule Night Mode, so you don’t have to turn it on manually every night.

They can also use a camera for a Smart Trainer that analyzes your workouts, and Google Duo video chats. You’ll also see new Micro LED and much slimmer The Frame TVs. It wouldn’t be CES without a flood of TVs, and Samsung is more than happy to help.
