The camera has become an integral part of our smartphone experience, with a lot of consumers making the choice of their next smartphone based solely on which device boasts the better shooter. Both Samsung and Apple are well known for their prowess in the camera department, and with the latest iPhones now out in the market, it’s only natural to wonder which phone takes the lead in this category.
We’ve already pit the iPhone 7 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy Note 7cameras against each other, and its now time to see how their smaller siblings fare.

Dubbed the Samsung SM-G9198, the new flip phone is powered by a Snapdragon 808, a curious move considering Samsung has been less reliant on Qualcomm and more dependent on its own in-house Exynos chips as of late. Other specs include 2GB RAM, 1 16MP rear cam, a 6MP front cam, 16GB storage with microSD, a dual 3.9-inch Super AMOLED displays with a resolution of 1280 x 768. There’s also a 2020 mAh battery which is said to last 189 hours of standby.
When Barnes & Noble announced that it had partnered with Samsung to try and salvage its endangered Nook line of e-book readers, things seemed mildly interesting. Samsung has an untold number of tablets available for purchase, so the prospect of a dedicated book reader seemed like it had some potential promise.

Today, the first iPhone turns 13 years old. On January 9, 2007, then Apple CEO Steve Jobs showed off the device for the first time at the MacWorld Conference & Expo. Even if you’re not a fan of Apple or the iPhone, that was still an incredibly important event.
It’s certainly a lot bigger than the original iPhone and definitely has a sharper resolution. Depending on its age, it likely doesn’t have a physical button on the front and most likely doesn’t have a back panel made of metal.

The Redmi K30S Ultra has launched in China. It’s a rebranded version of the Mi 10T which launched in Europe earlier this month. The K30S Ultra is significantly cheaper than the Mi 10T’s European price though. Xiaomi launched the Mi 10T series earlier this month, featuring powerful processors, high refresh rate screens, and big batteries. The phones launched in Europe and India, and now it looks like at least one phone is coming to its home market of China.
