Looking for a new media center for your array of mobile technology? Something that has already proven itself to the masses? If you answered “Yes” to both of those questions, then you’ll be happy with what I have to say about the newly announced Beta 2 (Frodo) of XBMC. This new build not only brings many fixes over the previous beta, but you can now install its mobile version to any supported Android device!
Update: An LG spokesman told me that the G6 actually uses Gorilla Glass 3 on the camera as well and that there is no Gorilla Glass 4 anywhere. This is in contrast to several other statements made to journalists at MWC and during an LG tour in South Korea before the trade show. When asked why LG would use such an old version of Gorilla Glass on the front, the response amounted to a polite way of saying it wasn't deemed to be worth the additional cost.

As gamers hunker down and get ready for the next generation of video game consoles, one of the biggest questions that comes to mind is whether games from the previous generation will work with the new consoles. After all, many players have thousands of dollars invested in their existing game libraries. The idea of losing all those games when moving to the next generation of consoles is somewhat unnerving. Will Xbox Series X be backwards compatible?

Fuhu is known for its Nabi tabs, a series of Android tablets made for the lively kids in our families. They make them resistant and child-friendly, which does usually mean these devices come in sizes compatible with small hands. Fuhu is taking its business to another level with their latest announcement – a couple tablets that may seem more like TVs at first sight.
The Nabi Big Tab HD 20 and Nabi Big Tab HD 24 come in sizes reflected by their names; 20 and 24 inches, respectively.
Amazon‘s in a bit of a celebratory mood as of late, and it’s not entirely surprising why – the retail giant refreshed its Fire HD 10 tablet, bestowed 4K on its Fire TV, and unveiled a trio of Echo devices in the span of two weeks. It might be why Amazon is handing out $10 in promo credit if you sign up for a free 30-day trial of its Music Unlimited service.

Do you have a subscription based cable or satellite TV service? Guess what, some of that content will be encrypted. Do you connect to websites using https://? That’s more encryption. Ever created a .zip file with a password?
