Google has not officially announced the change yet and it doesn’t seem to be working very widely at the moment, but a gradual back-end roll out could be under way.
On working devices, the partial payment option is in effect across apps, books, music, movies and the news-stand, and can also be put towards in-app purchases.

The software download is around 1.5GB in size, although the exact size is different depending on the device.

The reimagined take on C&C with Clash Royale-like gameplay was first announced back in June to a somewhat frosty reception at EA’s annual showcase around the E3 gaming expo.
Rivals has been in soft launch for a while now in select regions and the reviews from that time have been generally mixed.
