HMD has launched the Nokia XR20 in India. The rugged smartphone costs Rs 47,000 (~$624). Nokia’s older phones were traditionally known for their durable design, and brand licensee HMD Global is leaning into this reputation with the Nokia XR20 rugged smartphone. Now, the company has launched the durable device in India.
The Nokia XR20 starts at Rs 46,999 (~$624) in the region, according to Fone Arena, making it more expensive than the phone’s $550 recommended price in the US.
Back in October, Madfinger Games released the highly anticipated Dead Trigger 2 to Google Play, delivering a gaming experience that featured quite a few improvements over the original — even if many folks resented the presence of in-app purchases.
Now a reasonably good game is getting even better as version 0.2.5 has now hit Google Play bringing 50 new game plays including new African environments, redesigned warfare rewards and so much more. Besides the new content, a big focus of the update seems to be re-balancing zombie difficulty and basically tweaking the game in ways that should make it much more enjoyable to play.
As first spotted by 9to5Google, it seems we can add another feature to the list of items that continue to blur the line between Android and iOS. According to documentation related to the “MotionEvent” function of Android Q, there will be support for something called “deep press” in the future version of the mobile operating system.

The documentation says that “the current event stream represents the user intentionally pressing harder on the screen,” and that deep press should “be used to accelerate the long press behavior.
The HTC One M9 is definitely one of the most well-designed smartphones of this year, so wouldn’t it be great if we could see what exactly goes in to making a phone like this? The folks at iFixit recently tore a One M9 to shreds, revealing tons of adhesives and a glued down motherboard.
Much like the One M8, the One M9 didn’t require any heating whatsoever to remove the back panel.
