The feature will use the device’s microphone to track sound intensity and snoring. Snore & Noise Detect will only be available to Fitbit Premium members. Fitbit is bringing yet another power metric to two of its devices. The Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 both add Snore & Noise Detect to their arsenal of features.

Fitbit watches now talk back when you speak to Google Assistant

You’ll also get much more useful blood oxygen monitoring. The upgrade also brings easier watch face changes, and heart rate warnings for Versa 3 owners. Now that Google owns Fitbit, it’s making its AI helper more of a first-class citizen on Fitbit devices.

HP Slate 7 release date set for May 1 in the UK, priced at £129

HP’s first Android tablet, the 7-inch Slate 7, will be available in the UK starting with May 1, and it will be quite affordable priced at £129. The device can be already ordered on HP’s UK site, and will ship in “1-2 weeks,” although, as you can see in the image below, the retailer clearly lists May 1 as a launch date for the tablet. Announced at MWC 2013 in Barcelona a few months ago (see our hands-on preview below from Spain), the HP Slate 7 is even cheaper than the “older” Google Nexus 7, with the latter retailing for £159 in the region.
