The Galaxy K Zoom features an impressive camera, and offers robust optical zoom, but suffers from being the sum of its parts and having less than stellar battery life. The cameras on our smartphones have come a long way over the past several years, and have undoubtedly contributed to making point and shoot cameras obsolete. An important feature from these cameras that aren’t easily found with smartphone camera tech though is optical zoom. Samsung, in their continued efforts to make sure that there’s a smartphone for every consumer, has taken up the charge in this regard, beginning with the Galaxy S4 Zoom released last year.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 battery life is impressive, but sometimes it can be pretty disappointing, especially when you need to use it a lot for work. We’re going to show you how to maximize your Galaxy S4 battery life, and eek out that last bit of needed juice!
1# HardwareComing at 2,600 mAh, the Galaxy S4 has a pretty hefty battery for today’s expectations, however, it still just isn’t enough juice.
Forget the unofficial IMEI tools that have been floating around the web to check whether your Galaxy Note 7 features a defective battery or not. As promised, Samsung has just launched its own official tool to see if your device has been recalled or not.
It’s simple enough to use, just head on over to the official Samsung recall page and tap in your handset’s IMEI, which you can find in the phone’s settings menu or on the retail box.

The arrival of USB Type-C connectors and the faster USB 3.2 standard have both heralded a new age of consumer convenience. However, there seems to be quite a bit of confusion about what these new standards mean, especially since we’ve progressed through USB 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 without much fanfare. Moreover, many consumers are (rightfully) confused over the relationship between USB Type-C, USB Power Delivery, and USB 3.
Next year our handsets will pack in 7nm smartphone processors. Qualcomm has already confirmed its next-generation Snapdragon SoC will be built at this node, and Huawei has already officially announced its first 7nm chip — the Kirin 980.
Other major industry players are heavily interested and already well invested in 7nm too. Samsung’s foundry is ready to pump out chips this year, as is its major rival TSMC. Meanwhile, Apple is eying up a major portion of the supply for new iPhones, setting it up on another collision course with Qualcomm.
You can now head over to the Google Store (link below) and pick up the headset in either Fog, Charcoal, or Coral. If you want yours sooner rather than later, the Charcoal and Coral headsets are expected to ship by October 22, while the Fog headset is back ordered by two to three weeks.

Even though LG announced the Watch W7 just over a month ago, Best Buy now offers the quirky smartwatch for almost half the original price. That brings the Watch W7 down from $449.99 to $249.99.
In some ways, the Watch W7 is an engineering feat. The smartwatch features two mechanical hands that allow it to work for up to 100 days in watch-only mode. Even when the smartwatch dies while in smart mode, the mechanical hands will continue to work for two to three additional days.

TL;DR
Google has launched the second-generation Nest Hub in India. The Indian model lacks the US version’s sleep tracking functionality though. It also seems like gesture controls are missing from the Indian variant. Google first launched the second-generation Nest Hub almost a year ago, delivering better audio, gesture support, and sleep tracking functionality. It’s clearly taken a while then, but the company has finally brought this smart display to India.
HTC Desire 600, a dual-SIM device featuring a quad-core CPU, has been made official by the company.
The device was spotted in benchmarks not too long ago, and now it’s finally a fact. If you were looking for a dual-SIM device with a good set of specifications, the HTC Desire 600 might be right up your alley.
The smartphone features a Snapdragon 200 1.2 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM memory, as well as a 4.
