According to new documents released by Edward Snowden, the NSA ran an operation code-named “Shotgiant” which targeted the Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei. The documents come from an internal NSA presentation and show that the NSA succeeded in hacking into Huawei’s internal servers and got access to the company’s emails as well as its source code repositories.Internally Huawei routed all of its emails through one server in Shenzhen where the NSA managed to siphon off the data and gain access to a large portion of the internal communications including messages from company CEO Ren Zhengfei and Chairwoman Sun Yafang.

According to SamMobile, Weibo leaker Arsenal claims Vivo will use the high-end chip (possibly called the Exynos 2200) in at least one high-end phone, suggesting the team-up won’t be exclusive to Galaxy phones.

Update (04/08/18): The social network has tweeted some clarification regarding the change. Twitter will delay the scheduled June 19 depreciation date to another time, though it’s not clear as to when that will happen. “As always, we’re committed to providing ample time to migrate,” tweeted the official Twitter Dev account. Twitter reminds users that it will provide 90 days notice before the depreciation date is scheduled to take place.
