There are a great many things that Google introduced at Google I/O this past week, chief of which for many is related to Android L and the new Material design. One fancy feature that Android L will be bringing us is newly designed notifications. The notification will float near the top of the screen, and pops up over top of any application, even if in full screen immersive mode.

The OnePlus 5T is the latest flagship product from the “Never Settle” team at OnePlus. While it has most of the same hardware as the OnePlus 5, which launched earlier this year, the major difference is that the OnePlus 5T has a much bigger 6-inch 18:9 display, compared to the 5.5-inch screen on the OnePlus 5. The new model can be yours for just under $500.
While there aren’t many first-party OnePlus 5T accessories, there are plenty of third-party products compatible with this excellent phone.
It’s still the early days for smartwatches. With the first few Android Wear devices on the market and a 3rd one on the horizon we have a pretty good glimpse of what wearables might be like. Android Wear is exciting and feels generations ahead of what came before it. But like any burgeoning technology, the hardware and software are going to grow exponentially with each generation.
As somebody who would want to buy a smartwatch, it might be important to consider how long they will last before becoming obsolete.

Ahead of the launch of the Google Daydream View virtual reality headset in November, the company has already released its Daydream Keyboard app. It is now available to download from the Google Play Store, but it cannot be used yet until both the headset and the first Daydream-supported phones are generally available.
