Update, November 18, 2018 (4:02PM EST): In the Tasker subreddit, Tasker owner and developer joaomgcd said that Google added task automation apps as exceptions in its exception list. As a result, Tasker is one step closer to regaining SMS and call permissions.

OnePlus has announced three new TVs coming to India soon. There are two in the Y series and one in the U series. The TVs range in price from Rs. 12,999 to Rs. 49,999. OnePlus jumped into the TV game recently, and now the company is going even harder with the announcement of three new models that are coming soon to India. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that the company has intentions of releasing televisions in other markets for the time being.
TL;DR
Media company Viacom announced a new partnership with T-Mobile. Viacom announced that its TV channels — including MTV, BET, Nickelodeon, and more — will come to T-Mobile’s streaming service. The streaming service was supposed to launch last year, but it looks like it’s coming this year instead. Viacom-owned channels that will hit the service include MTV, BET, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and most sub-channels of those brands (MTV2, TeenNick, etc.
The Honor 8 isn’t necessarily fresh news given that it was announced last month headed to the Chinese market. What’s new, though, is that the sub-brand of Huawei is making a statement by launching the Honor 8 in the US with a competitive price point that’s tough to overlook – more so when we’ve been inundated already this year with some amazing, budget-conscious devices.
