They probably said something along the lines of, “You better answer your phone when I call or I’ll take it away.” Well, what if you didn’t answer? What if you were so busy that you couldn’t pick up the phone or text back? Many of us still have these problems, as loved ones are always wondering where we are, especially if we don’t answer.

Hitman Go lands on the Gear VR, Oculus Rift tomorrow

If you’re familiar with Hitman but not it’s ‘Go’ spinoff, then you’re probably imagining a very different VR experience than the one that will be arriving on Samsung Gear VR and Oculus Rift tomorrow. No, you won’t be thrust into the first person perspective of everyone’s favorite barcoded assassin, tasked to end human life up close and personal in all the gritty realism of a virtual reality experience. Quite the opposite.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge touch enhancement update

Samsung has begun rolling out a new update to its Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge flagships, which is landing in a number of different regions around the world. There are a selection of improvements bundled into the package, including tweaks to the way that touches are handled and a new camera feature to correct skewed looking shapes in photographs. The new software build (version XXUQAPD1) boasts that touch screen palm rejection is now much better than before, so S7 Edge owners should find that there are fewer accidental presses when using the phone in one hand.

Samsung's new mid-rangers Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 debut today in India

Samsung has officially launched two new devices: the “smaller” Galaxy E5 and the more phablet-sized Galaxy E7. Samsung has stated that these devices are designed for younger users, and will deliver a “best selfie experience” to those using them. To enhance the “selfie experience”, Samsung has equipped both devices with front facing 5MP cameras and features including “wide angled selfie (which can cover angles up to 120 degrees), selfie with palm gesture, and selfie with voice command”.

The Snapdragon-powered Honor 50 series gets a launch date

TL;DR Honor has revealed a June 16 launch date for the new Honor 50 series. A teaser video gives us a fleeting glimpse of the design. The company will presumably show off a new Honor Magic line as well. Huawei sold off its Honor brand last year as the heat from US sanctions became too much to bear, but it looks like the newly independent brand is back on its feet.

The successor to Vine is called Byte, launching in 2019

TL;DR Vine co-founder Dom Hofmann announced Byte, the official successor to Vine. Byte lets you create various “Bytes” with various graphical and musical elements. An Android version will arrive later this year. After some back-and-forth over whether a Vine successor would materialize, Vine co-founder Dom Hofmann finally announced a proper successor on Twitter. Called Byte, the app is available as a private beta starting today for iPhone users and later this year for Android users.

This is N1, Nokia’s new Android tablet!

In a momentous event, Nokia, the former titan of the mobile industry, is making a comeback of sorts, just months after it completed the sales of its smartphone division to Microsoft. At its Slush 2014 conference in Finland, Nokia just introduced the N1, a brand new tablet running Android. The device features a sleek all-aluminum design, a 7.9-inch laminated display, a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom Z358, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 5,300 mAh battery.

LG V510, a Nexus tablet “indeed”

A well-known leaker says that the LG V510 is “indeed” a Nexus tablet, although Google is yet to officially announce it. This isn’t the first time we hear the LG V510 will be a Nexus device, with past rumors saying that the device is either a future Nexus 8 tablet or a new Nexus 10 model. Without going into further details about the product, @evleaks has tweeted the message above. As you can see, it’s not clear what kind of Nexus tablet we’re looking at.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 leak hints at another eye-watering price tag

The Galaxy Buds Live could start at €189. You might be disappointed if you were hoping the Galaxy Note 20 would cost as much or less as its Note 10 predecessor. Frequent leaker Ishan Agarwal and MySmartPrice claim to have European pricing for the Note 20 series, and you may be paying a premium for the latest version of the pen-focused smartphone.
