Following an initial launch in China, Huami is now bringing the GTS 2e and GTR 2e to North America, the UK, and India. The new watches make a couple of cutbacks compared to the Amazfit GTS/GTR 2. Both watches go on sale January 12 in the west, and January 19 in India. TL;DR
Infinix has announced a color-changing faux leather back for smartphones. The back changes color when exposed to sunlight. There’s no word on when we’ll see the first devices with this tech. Smartphones with color-changing backs seem to be the new trend in 2022, as both Vivo and Realme launched phones that changed colors when exposed to sunlight. This is limited to plastic or glass backs right now, but fellow smartphone brand Infinix has a new trick up its sleeve.
Being an owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note, you may have encountered some little inconveniences when it comes to accessing a certain app when you need to use it right away. Because of the Galaxy Note’s rather wide screen, you’ll find it a bit taxing to tap and flip through screens just to launch an app. This is exactly why widgets were made.

Samsung is reportedly starting production of new foldables in August. So you might have to wait a while after the early August event to get your hands on them. Samsung is widely expected to launch the Galaxy Fold 2 alongside the Galaxy Note 20 series on August 5 or thereabouts. But the firm is also working on a Galaxy Z Flip 5G, tipped for a reveal at the same time.
