The Pixel 6 February update is breaking Wi-Fi for some (Updated: Fix coming)

Robert Triggs / Android Authority TL;DR The February 2022 update for Pixel 6 phones seems to have broken Wi-Fi for some. Users report that toggling Wi-Fi on isn’t possible on these phones. The issue doesn’t seem to be widespread right now though. Update: February 23, 2022 (12:40 AM ET): Google has taken to Reddit to confirm that it’s identified the Pixel 6 Wi-Fi bug and that a fix will be coming next month.

Who are they actually for?

So far, we know that the two phones are heading to parts of Europe, at the very least, and both are shaping up as intriguing propositions. Samsung isn’t paring back its latest Lite models to anything like the extent we’ve seen from other manufacturers over the years. Yet although the phones look great on paper, it’s a little hard to know exactly who they are for. Typically, Lite smartphone variants compromise on things like processor capabilities, storage capacity, or camera specifications.

Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL update hub

Update, December 4, 2019 (6:30AM ET): The Pixel 3a series previously gained the Pixel 4’s astrophotography mode last month, but one more Pixel 4 feature is now hitting the mid-range series. LG G Flex review: beyond the curved screen
